Linda holds a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) and is accredited in Public Relations (APR). She has practiced marketing and public relations and other communication skills for over 30 years. Her interest in designing for target publics led to the creation of her Matrix Market Segmentation process. She wrote a continuing column on segmenting publics in Public Relations Quarterly from 1998 through 2005. Know ‘em Sell ‘em: How to Discover the Best Appeals for Your Target Market is a combination and continuation of that research.
Linda is listed in many Who’s Who, including the first edition of Who’s Who in Media and Communications, many editions of Who’s Who of American Women, The World Who’s Who of Women, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World. Along with Know ‘em Sell ‘em, she also authored Strategic Publications: Designing for Target Publics, which is used in many universities nation wide - available in e-book, paper-back and hard-cover versions. Linda has also published hundreds of scholarly and professional articles.
Linda continues to use her marketing expertise to consult with and coach small business owners and internet marketers on discovering the best appeals for their target market.
